If you're making one or two selective hires and want zero upfront risk, success-based is the way to go. We can also combine both.

On success-based engagements, we offer a replacement guarantee within the agreed period (typically 90 days). If the hire leaves or doesn't work out, we re-engage at no additional cost. On hourly engagements, we stay in contact and can quickly re-source if needed.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiries, arrange meetings, and run a secure, functional website.
5. Third parties & overseas disclosure
This site uses Calendly (scheduling) and loads fonts/styles via a CDN. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address and are partly located overseas (e.g. the USA). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information appropriately. We don't sell your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law, then delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first — you can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). To make a request, email us at the address above.
8. EU / GDPR
As our business is operated from the EU, the GDPR also applies. EU residents additionally have rights to erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority (for us: the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection, BlnBDI).
